• All customization orders are firm and uncancellable
• Camera-ready artwork and pantone colours must be supplied at time of order. An additional charge of $90.00 will apply for artwork which is not camera-ready
• Handling charge of $12.50 applies to all customization orders
• There is no minimum order for any customization process
• All processes (except engraving) incur a one-time set up charge per die, per model
• You should include 4-6 weeks lead time/production time in your planning process for first time production. Same die re-runs will be produced in a shorter period of time.
